1. What is the purchasing process?

Add the products you want to the bag and fill in the gaps that appear if you are not registered yet. Complete the address where you want the product to be sent and select if you want to do it by transfer or payment by car.

     2. Where can I receive my order?

The order can only be ship to the address you indicate, it can not be collected in warehouse. Orders will be made to the following areas:

  • Peninsula of Spain and Baleares Island
  • Europe: France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, POland, Romania, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.

     3. What is the delivery process?

After your order is confirmed on the page, an accepted payment email is sent to you and within 1-2 working days you will receive your order.

    4. What is the policy os changes and returns?

The buyer will have, in any case, a period of 14 days after receiving the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without have to justify reasons or have any sanction. To make this return, the product must be in perfect condition and its original packaging. Once received the goods in our warehouse and after cheking the status of it, we will proceed to refund of its amount according to the modality of payment made by the costumer.

    5. How long will it take to get my order?

From the time the order arrives, it will take 1-2 working days to receive it in the shipping address.

    6. I want to order a large volume of products, Who do I have to talk with?

    7. Why does not the purchase button appear to you

If you do not see the purchase button it is because you have only selected a case. For packing reasons only orders of 2,3,6 packs and 12 packs can be ordered.

    8. What orders can I make if I am a professional?

If you are a professional you can only order packs of 12 cases that can be combined with different varieties. Shipping will be free. If you do not belong to European Union contact us directly through info@oliveclub.es and we will create a special offer for you.
