This is a slightly bitter and woody flavor olive oil. This oil combines great with any dish where rice is the main ingredient.

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced on Mal Recao Estate, located in Niebla, Seville.

This peculiar name comes from its former owner. It is said that because of the desire to do all the work in a hurry, he always forgot tools, assignments or orders and other equipments. That is why the townspeople put this man nicknamed Mal Recao and hence the name of the farm.

This farm is located on a small plateau between the lands of Trigueros, Niebla and Candón, province of Huelva.

The variety grown is picual. The system based on a quickly and early harvest makes the olives are collected at optimum ripening conditions thus achieving a product of excellent quality. Within hours after collection the olive is ground and the oils are settling.

Olives are kept with a special care and thanks that an excelent extra virgin olive oil is obtained.
