CONDITIONS AND GUIDE OF PURCHASE

1. General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern, together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy, the access and use of the website accessible via the domain name www. OliveClub.es and its subdomains (hereinafter, "the website") and purchase products and / or services through it.

Access to the Website attributes the condition of User of the website and implies acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions. If you the User doesn’t agree with these Terms and Conditions, the User must immediately leave the site without using it.

Through the acceptance of these General Conditions, the User states:

-  You have read and understood what is stated here.

- That is of legal age in accordance with the regulations in force in their place of residence, otherwise the child must have permission from their legal representatives.

- That, if you are goint to buy some product and / or service has sufficient capacity to do so.

- That assumes all the obligations stated herein.

- The User must carefully read these Terms each time you access the Website, because they may change.

The owner of the website reserves the right to make, at any time, any changes or updates to its content and services, these General Conditions and, in general, those elements which make up the design and configuration of the Website.

Modification of these Terms and Conditions does not affect the goods or promotions acquired prior to such modification.

2. Guide of purchase

www.oliveclub.es  is only accessible to users located in the territory of the European Union. Any other user, located elsewhere outside the EU, can contact us through info@oliveclub.es to arrange a request by another route.

Procedure:

First of all, before purchasing, you can choose between the different kinds of customer: private of professional. Both of them have different treatment in terms of prices and quantity of products can acquire:

- Private customers for reasons of packaging, can purchase the products in packs of 2, 3, 6, 9 or 12. These packs can be combined freely.

- Professional clients may be purchased only in pack of 12 products freely combined by the user

Select the varieties you want. Remember that the varieties are monovarietal olive oil, and each box contains 10 bottles of 20ml.

Once you've added products to the basket, it will be passed to the procedure of payment (the ways of payment are detailed below). At the same moment, user will be requested for user data, which are saved under spanish law: Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulations implementing the Organic Law and other regulations approved force at the time the data protection law. After payment, automatically user will receive the order invoice by email and the order will be processed. The arrival time of your order ranges from 48 to 96 hours, depending on the location of the user and the day transacted. Anyway, you can check the process of your order in your private  account of www.oliveclub.es.

3. Prices policy

Prices are different depending on the EU contry in which user is located. Remeber that these prices are shown in each country thanks to geolocation, so the users must ensure that their IP has the right location, because the final price will be according to the shipping address.

In case there is a mistake with the price because of the location, users have the right to claim the amount, or to pay or receive the difference in price.

If the user handles the request from an UE country, but the delivery address corresponds to another, the final price will always correspond to the latter direction.

  • Shipping costs: 

Shipping costs are calculated on base of the product weight and shipping destination. Until the client is not registered and have selected a delivery address this amount will not be calculated.

4. Method of payment

Method of payment that offers OliveClub are by credit or debit card or by bank transfer to the account provided in the payment gateway.

For using credit or debit card, buter must fill out a form indicating the name of the card owner, card type, expiration date and card security code.

OliveClub does not have access to banking data linked to payment methods and neither knows nor records these data during the payment transaction.

Also, it is possible to pay by bank transfer to the account specified in the website's payment gateway.

5. Shipping conditions

OliveClub only sends its products to: Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania Finland, Sweden, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia by this website.

OliveClub can ship products to any other location modifying costs and export shipments.

Shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer. From 6 product units shipping will be free.

In any case, the shipping charges are detailed throughout the buying process and the buyer will be able to check these costs before finalizing the purchase. Olive Club is not responsible for the delay in delivery orders for reasons not attributable directly to OliveClub, acts of God or force majeure.

Delivery orders will be held at the delivery address designated freely by the user. OliveClub not accept any responsibility when product delivery is not made as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided by the user, and in the event that delivery can not be effected through no fault of OliveClub, such as the absence the recipient in the delivery address.

In the absence of the recipient, whenever possible, OliveClub will provide information needed to arrange a new delivery in the recipient's address or the necessary information for it to pick up the product at a certain place. In any case, after 7 days from the last delivery attempt without the order has been delivered, it will be returned to origin proceeding to terminate the contract.

6. Return policy

The buyer will have in any case within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or have any sanction.

To make the refund, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the goods are back in our stores, and after checking the status of them, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment by the customer.

No person may exercise the right of withdrawal on the bottles that have been opened, due to the rapid deterioration of the content.

The buyer must state its intention to withdraw within the deadline and shall proceed to return the product.

For this, the user may send an email to the address info@oliveclub.es including name and address, and the number of the order. The User can also contact by phone.

OliveClub reimburse the sums paid by the User without retention expenses. However, the cost of returning the product will be charged to the user.

Received the products on which rests the withdrawal and verified its correct state, Oliveclub will return to the User the amounts paid within a maximum period of 10 calendar days. Products that do not retain their original packaging may suffer depreciation.

7. PREMIUM subcription

If you get PREMIUM subscription OliveClub will send  you new varieties of AOVEs ( two boxes, each with 10 bottles of 20 ml) each month at home with free shipping cost.

Subscription prices vary depending on the EU country in which the user is located. Remember that these prices are shown in each country thanks to geolocation, so the user must ensure that their IP has the right location, because the final price will be according to the shipping address.

The subscription payment will be made automatically each month through the bank.

You can unsubscribe when you want, but always before the 5th of each month at 12.00 Spanish time to take effect in the following month.
